Eccoci is a consultancy services company based in Skåne, the heart of southern Sweden. Founded in
2013 and having since then built a large network of satisfied clients, we focus on innovation,
collaboration, and mutual empowerment.
Our fast-growing team is bound together by our shared values and our desire to further develop the

His exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills make him a catalyst for success, constantly seeking out new opportunities and solutions for Eccoci.
Combining strong legal expertise with solid business acumen, Christian has a background of an accomplished entrepreneur who has held multiple elected and board positions, where he gained valuable experience and developed a strong network in the Swedish business community.
Despite his busy schedule, Christian always makes time for his family and values their support and companionship. Through his social and business projects, he has created jobs for people with special needs. He extensively engages in volunteering and community service, by that making a difference on individual and social level.
Galyna blends extensive expertise in business administration, B2B and B2C relations, marketing, recruitment, and job search consulting across various sectors and roles. She is valued for her input into the company’s development as well as her daily contribution to operational management combined with a passion for helping consultants, clients, and colleagues.
Having a strong entrepreneurial background, Galyna is highly skilled in establishing new and maintaining existing relationships while developing marketing strategies and handling various administrative tasks. She is a quality-oriented problem solver driven by the success of teammates and consultants she works with.
Galyna’s free time is balanced between taking care of her family, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and serving as a volunteer for various projects by local and global non-profit organizations.
With several years of experience in recruitment and client relations, Vickie brings a strong understanding of what it takes to match the right talent with the right opportunity. Her approach is grounded in trust, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to quality — ensuring both clients and candidates feel valued throughout every step of the process.

Jessica has joined Eccoci as a Consultancy Manager, where she plays a key role in onboarding international consultants and helping them get settled and ready to work in Sweden. She also serves as a main point of contact for many of Eccoci’s clients, ensuring smooth communication and strong collaboration throughout each assignment.
With several years of experience in the consulting industry, Jessica has worked with consultants across a variety of sectors and competence areas. Her background in sales, recruitment, and consultant management has given her a solid understanding of the full consultancy cycle and her broad experience and people-focused approach make her a strong partner for both clients and consultants.
In her time off work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, doing crafts with her children, staying active through exercise, and traveling whenever she gets the chance.

With hands-on experience in payroll administration, budgeting, and compliance, she helps Eccoci run smoothly behind the scenes.
